Evening,
We updated our shipping rates for the following countries; Ireland, France, Germany, and Australia. If you plan on ordering anything let us know if you don't see your country. Most of Europe doesn't change from country to country so it shouldn't be that hard to see what the rate is in comparison.
We choose to abandon the idea of the custom tier. There is to much logistics in the situation to make it worth while and we also want things to be kept simple when ordering. Already there are a ton of tiers and it can be mind boggling for customers to navigate through and for this reason we have added some graphics to help.

International Shipping Rates Are In + Custom Dungeon Sets

Good Day,
It seems our international rates are applied to our accounts and after much searching we have tried our hardest to get you the best.
Option one was to use the United States Postal Service and have them try to get it to you. The problems with that are numerous. First there is no guarantees it will make it to you. Second, there is very little tracking information. Lastly, it costs the same as an applied incentive from UPS. With all this is mind we have decided to stick to UPS.
The only problem with shipping is the weight. A basic set weights around 5-6 lbs by itself. This is not including any packaging material we are going to use. And due to its weight and fragile nature you can't just ship it without extensive packing. A single 6 lb box to UK is roughly $70 USD, but 3 sets is only $115. For this reason we are recommending buyers from other countries invest in multiple sets over that of single sets since the shipping rate is roughly the same price as the set. This however, is entirely up to the customer.
The second thing we have been hearing a lot about is the want for the customer to buy extra doors, walls, hallways when they pledge. To the best of my research, and since this is not a store, we can open a Custom Dungeon Tier in which you can Pledge $X's and when we send surveys tell us what you want. Each piece will be listed by the individual price. The problem we run into is shipping. If someone orders 20 doors for $100 those only require a small box. Whereas someone who orders 10 hallways requires 2 or more boxes. To this reason we are limiting the larger pieces and pro rating the shipping costs. We then will make up the shipping costs in extra pieces when time comes to ship to offset any high shipping costs.
